DB Schenker Corporate Event Day 02 Epic Finale
The 2nd & final day of the DB Schenker Corporate Event began with a warm welcome from the CEO, acknowledging the challenges and achievements of the past year. The CEO’s opening speech set the tone for the day, as he unveiled the concept of “Unleash” – a strategy born in Berlin, refined in Frankfurt and Miami, and completed in Asia Pacific. It was a powerful message of releasing the handbrake and unlocking the potential within the organization to drive positive impacts.
After a prolonged period of virtual interactions, the excitement was palpable as colleagues gathered for a much-awaited face-to-face meeting. It was a chance to reconnect, renew previous working relationships, and delve into the topic that had been buzzing across the organization . The discussions that followed were invigorating, with participants from various regions sharing insights, ideas, and perspectives. The energy was infectious as we brainstormed ways to implement the initiatives in our respective clusters and countries. The emphasis was on being pragmatic, fully understanding the initiatives, and taking action to ensure effective implementation. The day was also a celebration of human connection, as colleagues who hadn’t seen each other in over two years finally reunited in person.
The joy and excitement were evident as we shared stories, laughed, and bonded over shared experiences. It was a reminder of the power of face-to-face interactions in fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among colleagues.
