The UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science is an international research initiative managed by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) to request innovative research and technology proposals. The overall purpose of this program is to promote fundamental scientific understanding of rain enhancement as well as stimulate the development and deployment of rain enhancement technologies.
